Epitalon (also written Epithalon or Epithalamin) is a synthetic tetrapeptide, Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly, developed at the St Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology as a defined-sequence version of a pineal gland extract studied there since the 1980s.

The research literature associates it with two lines of investigation: regulation of melatonin secretion and circadian rhythm, which is the basis for its placement in the Stress and Sleep category, and reported effects on telomerase expression in cell culture.

We would flag honestly that Epitalon's evidence base is the weakest in this catalogue. The great majority of published work originates from a single research group, much of it predates modern reporting standards, and independent replication is sparse. Buyers and prescribers should weigh that when considering it, and should treat longevity claims made elsewhere about this compound with scepticism.
