Dosage Calculator
Work out exactly how much to draw into your syringe. Enter your peptide's concentration and your prescribed dose — the calculator gives the administration volume in millilitres and the equivalent units on a standard U-100 insulin syringe.

How it works
The draw volume is your dose divided by the concentration:
- If the dose is prescribed in mcg, it is converted to mg first (1000 mcg = 1 mg).
- Volume (mL) = dose (mg) ÷ concentration (mg/mL).
- Syringe units = volume × 100 — a U-100 insulin syringe holds 100 units per mL.
Worked example
Your vial is reconstituted to 5 mg/mL and your prescription says 2.5 mg:
2.5 ÷ 5 = 0.5 mL → 50 units
You would draw to the 50-unit mark on a U-100 insulin syringe.
